Summer Bucket List Week 2

Monday's activity was making slime. 1 1/2 cups of clear glue and 1 1/2 cups of liquid starch (Sta-Flo found at Walmart) and some food coloring. At first, it's a little lumpy, but as we pulled it like taffy and kneaded it like bread, it became smooth and pliable.

It doesn't really mash, like playdoh, but kind of melts and meshes together. The boys enjoyed it.

I don't have a lot of pictures from this week.  Tuesday we went to the pool and Wednesday we went to the McDonald's play place, where Ryan whacked his face and ended up with a lovely bruise and black eye.

Thursday we went to up to see my brother and the kids got to play with the dog.  Awesome!!

And Friday was flubber.  Here is a link to the recipe.  This was ooey and gooey and the boys loved it.  It did however, require throwing away the table cloth as the clean up was way too messy.

Two more weeks of fun!!!
