JJ would take this dog home with him if he could.
Ryan was super excited to play butterflies with Grandpa.

We sat in a lot of cars.
Ryan was mostly content to sit in the back seat, but once in a while I could convince him to drive.
Jack was perfectly content to be looking around.
"Look, mom, we're cars on the road."
The instruction begins.
"Oooohhh, Aahhhh."
At the end, the Jeep area had cars for the kids to drive. The video is not that interesting, it's just the boys driving around in a circle and about half way through Ryan decides he's done, but since I know how to add videos, you can watch this video.Driving Cars from Jeremiah Seaver on Vimeo.
He finally decided that he would try eating solid foods. He absolutely refuses to eat any cereal (rice, oatmeal, barley, etc.), or green vegetables. He will eat fruit and orange vegetables (squash, carrots, and sweet potatoes) and he likes Cheerios and baby puffs. So, at least he won't starve. He loves to play on the floor, which my other two didn't like so much. He does this funny thing though, he uses his feet like a second set of hands. It is most noticeable when he is playing with long toys like the fishing pole and the light saber in these two pictures, but the other day he was holding a set of rings with his feet and just staring at them. It's bizarre and funny.
He has developed some favorite toys, the fishing pole and light saber, along with a guitar that plays music and shoes. Yes, shoes. It's gross. I have to be really good about cleaning up the shoes, because he will roll himself over to them as fast as he can and stick them in his mouth. He loves bath time, gets really excited when he sees the water running. He splashes around and then gets really startled when the water hits his face.
This is my very favorite part of his body, this fat roll at the base of his neck. It's slowly disappearing and I'll be sad when it's gone.

This was a much better sleeping month, reverting back to his once a night wake-ups. He has a few accomplishments, including rolling over as a mode of transportation, being strong enough to play in his exersaucer (see picture below) and TWO teeth.
He's funny about his exersaucer. He manipulates each station far better than either of his older brothers, but he doesn't enjoy being in it nearly as much as the older two. He much prefers being on the floor.
He likes watching TV, especially Baby Einstein movies and Thomas (oh yay, another train fan. At least we already have all the toys). He likes to play Wheels on the Bus and likes to be read to, although he likes chewing on the books even more
And he still doesn't like food. He tolerates carrots okay, but everything else gets spit out. Did you notice the specks of food in his hair. He spit them there. Feeding time is such a mess.
This has been a rough month for sleeping. He was a great sleeper, but this month he was up every two hours. I'm hoping this does not keep up.
His eyes are getting darker and his hair is geting lighter. He has rolled from back to front and front to back. He does not do it regularly, but enough that I can't leave him on my bed alone anymore.
And he had his first Halloween. Which he spent most of chewing on his costume.
